Mindfulness
is a
trainable skill

Practical mindfulness programs for teams that are too busy, too skeptical, or too burned out for anything that sounds like wellness fluff.

Your Team's Attention Is Running on Fumes.

Burnout, distraction, and reactive decision making cost your organization every day. In turnover, in missed deadlines, in meetings that could have been half as long.

The problem isn't that your people don't care. It's that nobody ever taught them how to manage their most important cognitive resource: their own attention.

Mindfulness training changes that. Not with platitudes or breathing exercises on a poster in the break room. With a real, evidence-informed skill set your team can use immediately.

why it works

Reduced stress and burnout. Employees who practice mindfulness consistently report fewer burnout symptoms and greater resilience under pressure

Better decisions under pressure. Teams with mindfulness training show improved emotional regulation, which means fewer reactive emails, fewer blown conversations, and better judgment when it counts.

Sharper focus. Regular practice is associated with improved sustained attention and fewer errors, especially during demanding cognitive tasks.

Stronger retention. Organizations investing in genuine employee well-being see measurable improvements in engagement and retention. This isn't a perk. It's infrastructure.

This is the same attentional training used by elite athletes, military professionals, and executives at companies like Google, SAP, and General Mills.

Programs That Fit Your Team

Every organization is different. I offer three formats designed to meet your team where they are.

Focused Session

Format: Single Workshop | Up to 90 minutes

A standalone session that introduces your team to practical mindfulness techniques they can use the same day. Ideal for team meetings, lunch-and-learns, wellness days, or conference breakouts.

Includes: Live guided instruction (virtual or in-person) The core technique: how to train attention in 10 minutes a day Group Q&A and troubleshooting Digital takeaway guide for continued practice

Best for: Teams looking for an accessible, low-commitment introduction.

Deep Dive

Format: Half-Day Program | 3-4 hours

A more immersive experience. Your team learns the technique, practices together, and explores how mindfulness applies directly to their work: focus during deep work, composure in difficult conversations, recovery between meetings.

Includes: Everything in the Focused Session Extended guided practice with multiple techniques

Applied exercises for meetings, email, and transitions Discussion on building habits that stick

The Meditation Starter Kit (comprehensive practice guide)

Start With the Fundamentals

Download The Meditation Starter Kit, a comprehensive, practice-first guide that gives your team everything they need to begin a meditation practice on their own.

This is the same guide I use as a foundation for my corporate programs. It includes step-by-step instruction, a 14-day starter plan, troubleshooting for common obstacles, and a guided practice script.

Let's Talk About What Your Team Needs

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute conversation. We'll talk about your team, your goals, and whether mindfulness training is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation.

Common Questions

  • No. My programs are designed for complete beginners, including people who are skeptical or think they "can't sit still." The techniques are simple and immediately usable.

  • No. While the techniques I teach have roots in Buddhist contemplative tradition, my instruction is entirely secular. No belief system required.

  • I deliver all remote programs via Zoom or your preferred platform. Virtual sessions work extremely well for mindfulness training. Participants can practice from their own space, which actually can help the techniques transfer to daily work life.

  • Anywhere from small leadership teams of 5-10 to full departments or company-wide sessions. Together we'll design the format to fit.

  • Fair question. I'm happy to discuss the research and share what other organizations have experienced. That's what the initial conversation is for. No commitment required.

  • Most meditation instructors discovered the practice as adults and got certified. I've been practicing for nearly 50 years, across multiple contemplative traditions, since before I could spell the word "meditation." I also know what it's like to have a mind that won't stop running, which means I teach from genuine understanding, not theory.
